Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 1st Shift to join a reputable client's team in Sparks, Maryland. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of bottling equipment, contributing to the accurate, efficient, and safe filling and packaging of products.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor bottling line equipment, including fillers, cappers, and labelers.
• Inspect products for quality, fill accuracy, and packaging standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on machines.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow daily schedules.
• Ensure the bottling area is clean and free from safety hazards.
• Adhere to all safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in bottling, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to adhere to strict safety and quality standards.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage of $18.00.

Additional Details:

The position requires the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. The role is on-site in Sparks, MD, and offers a supportive team environment.
